Brandy Miller is a Case Manager with the Berkowitz Law Group.  She specializes in the investigation of motor vehicle accidents and the handling of bodily injury claims. Brandy has participated in Mediations, Arbitrations and has testified in court. She assists the attorneys in the firm with all aspects of litigation from inception to trial.

Brandy Miller earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1999 from the University of
Florida with a major in Business. She then continued her education at the University of Central Florida earning a certificate degree as an Accredited Claims Adjuster. Brandy became a licensed Independent All-Lines Adjuster in 2004. Since entering the insurance industry, Brandy has continued to improve her skills through continued education courses specializing in motor-vehicle accidents. She has taken additional technical training in Claims Investigations, Interviewing Techniques, Internet Research, Mediation, Negotiation Skills and Litigation Management.
